The login is done on the main page with CPF and registration number, accessing the next page, already within the customer's environment, will have the functionality of second copy withdrawal, negative debt certificate and consumption history.
When picking up a copy, the user clicks on the image corresponding to the month of expiration and, once opened, the customer can print, copy the bar code and/or send the file to Whatsapp or e-mail.
The negative certificate option, when the customer is in default, the system provides a negative certificate of debts and in the "READINGS" option the user has access to the consumption chart, with "YEAR" as the only filter.
