Third, at the same time, the practice of Western-style democracy in various Muslim-majority countries has created instability and discomfort because it is considered premature and contrary to traditions that have long been built by the local population.
Democracy then gave birth to hegemony and the coercion of certain countries which were considered too vulgar in practicing democracy in the life of the nation.
Fourth, at the same time in several Islamic tertiary institutions, the study of political Islam and Islamic politics actually gained a very wide space.
In several IAIN/UIN there is an Islamic Political Studies program whose mission is to develop and expand studies on Islamic politics and political Islam in the realm of theory and practice.
