It cannot be denied that the verses of the Al-Qur'an are composed using Arabic vocabulary, except for a few words which entered his treasury as a result of acculturation.
The Al-Qur'an acknowledges this in many of its verses, including verses which refute the accusation that the Al-Qur'an was taught by a (non-Arabic) person to the Prophet.
His words:
And verily We know that they say "Verily the Qur'an was taught by a man to him (Muhammad)." Even though the language of the person they accused (that Muhammad learned from him was the language of 'Ajam, while this was in clear Arabic.

An-Nahl [16]: 103).
The language of 'ajmn is a language other than Arabic, or also interpreted as bad Arabic.
Why is the Qur'an in Arabic? Certainly many factors resulted in the choice of Arabic as the language of the last Divine revelation.
The first factor is the uniqueness of this language compared to other languages.
