A little bit of my story.
I'm Muriel, French and passionate about handicrafts, especially embroidery.
When I came to Brazil with my family in 2007, I decided to open a space where I could share my passion with other people who had the same interests.
Gradually, I began to put together this dream and, in 2009, I opened Le Petit Atelier.
I started in a small space, with embroidery and basic sewing courses.
And it was little by little that Le Petit Atelier got bigger and bigger, I participated in many fairs in Brazil selling high quality trims and kits, giving preference to products of French origin, I did fairs in the United States too and gave many Workshops in different places, in addition to Brazil and the United States, I went to Chile and Portugal to teach embroidery.
I had years where I spent more time traveling with embroidery than at home.
I was always looking for my dear students to teach everything I learned in many years embroidering, buying many books, taking several courses.
I have my own methodology, easy, for right-handers and left-handers.
In March 2020, the lives of many changed and everyone had to stay at home.
I had to reinvent myself so as not to stay away from what I love most, embroidery!
It was then that I launched an online embroidery course where I teach 50 stitches, to my great surprise I discovered a universe that opens even more doors and I got to know, I really connected with wonderful students who were enchanted and valued even more by this very special art!

Today I have + 4000 thousand virtual students! I teach + 100 points, I have an Embroidered Clothes course, several beautiful e-books with the theme of Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Special Baby, and much more.
I'm always looking to improve, make embroidery easier, and have fun! Life is a box of surprises I love that, wherever life takes me.
