Muscle Soreness
Nutrition
Daily Activities
Performance Metrics (Goals, Assists, SOG etc.)
Once inputted, coaches will be able to review the data through the Supra Coaching app.
All information provided to the coach is private and will only be shared with the coach via the Supra Coaching app account.
By providing this information, coaches can better assess the player and provide tailored instructions, programming, and feedback about the players development.
How does it work for coaches?
Coaches are advised to review the information provided by the player through the Supra Coach app on a daily basis to identify trends or irregularities in player activities.
This information will help coaches monitor players daily activities and assist with customizing programming thats tailored for each individual player.
