BuildStrong puts resources directly in the hands of construction workers.
Access substance use resources, improve your mental health, and discover all the resources available to you as a member of Construction Industry Rehabilitation Plan (CIRP).

Use Alone Timer
Protect yourself while using substances.
App users can begin the timer prior to consumption and reset the time when they know they are safe.
If they become unresponsive and are unable to stop the timer before it expires, paramedics will automatically be alerted.

BuildStrong was developed by Lifeguard Digital Health and in collaboration with British Columbia Emergency Health Services and Provincial Health Services Authority, enabled by the British Columbia Ministry of Mental Health and Addictions.
BuildStrong is intended for use within British Columbia for members of CIRP.
Privacy & Security
No personally identifiable information is available to CIRP.
Aggregated data, such as the number of users in a particular region, is anonymized.
Lifeguard Digital Health does not share personal data with any other person, entity, government departments, or service including CIRP.
BuildStrong is compliant with all industry privacy practices and regulations and meets the highest global standards.
In the event of a Use Alone Timer alert, emergency services gain access to necessary user data, such as their current location.
