Meditation is a mobile application that is designed to introduce you to the world of mindfulness, teach meditation, but also support you in developing and building healthy habits that are good for you.
It is also supposed to be helpful for you in difficult moments, teach you how to deal with fears and make friends with stress, so that it is not a blocker for you, but a support.
With our application, you will increase your satisfaction with life thanks to everyday good practices and special functionalities, such as gratitude practice, an emotional diary, or a breath break.
You will learn to manage emotions and understand them better, as well as develop yourself thanks to the development part, in which you will find content that is not meditation, but also supports changing habits.
You will only find secular meditations and trivia from the world of psychology.
You can use the application regardless of your faith, you will not find content that interferes with your spirituality, only scientifically supported breathing techniques and exercises to support development.
In our application you will not find recordings conducted by actors or lectors.
Only practitioners and experienced, certified meditation teachers and personal development trainers record for us.
