The KF-STRIDE app was developed by Kessler
Foundation to help individuals learn how to do strength-spotting, which is a way of recognizing when
you use your strengths every day! The app focuses on 24 character strengths, which are positive traits
identified by the field of positive psychology.
The app provides a description of these strengths, as well
as a place to spot them in a daily journal.
Research shows that spotting strengths has clinical benefit:
it can boost your mood and well-being and show you how many times you do something right, as
opposed to focusing on what you do wrong.
In addition to the daily journal, the KF-STRIDE app will
provide you with reminders to spot your strengths and a monthly summary of all the strengths you used
