InSalute Servizi is the app for Intesa Sanpaolo RBM Salute policyholders developed by Insalute Servizi S.p.A.
With InSalute Servizi you can:
- Search for the structures and freelancers of the affiliated Healthcare Network
- Book visits and exams at the affiliated facilities
- Request reimbursement of health expenses incurred
- Upload the necessary documentation
- Monitor the status of your requests in real time and integrate any supporting documents
- Receive updates on the status of the requested services
- Consult and download the annual statement of benefits and the reimbursement settlement statements
- View and download the declaration of insurance coverage
- Consult the policy conditions
- View the information of the insured members of your household
- Manage privacy consents
If you are already registered in the Reserved Area, which can be reached from the InSalute Servizi website (www.insaluteservizi.com), you can access the InSalute Servizi app using the same credentials.
If you are not registered yet, register directly in the app and the same credentials will be valid for accessing the Reserved Area from the InSalute Servizi website.
