How does the service work?
- Download the App and create your account.
Have your ID/passport, driving license and credit/debit card handy.
- Select the E-scooter closest to you on the map, book it and reach it within the indicated time.
Otherwise, scan the QR Code located on the dashboard directly or enter the alphanumeric code to verify that the E-scooter is available.
- Have you reached the booked E-scooter? Unlock it through the App and start your rental.
If, on the other hand, you have scanned the QR Code or entered the alphanumeric code, your rental will start immediately.
Helmet fastened, top case closed and kickstand removed? Are you ready to leave! If you should find damaged parts or malfunctions, report it immediately via the dedicated section of the App.
- Always drive and park in compliance with the highway code.
The rental can only be terminated by leaving the vehicle in the blue colored areas on the map.
Outside of them, it can be left paused, and will remain at your disposal.
In both cases, make sure you have stowed your helmets, connected them to the jacks and closed the top case.
The actual cost will be calculated based on the time of use (including pause) and will be charged to your credit or debit card.
With INNOVA MOVE you can travel alone or in company thanks to the two helmets in the top box.
For you also hygienic headphones for the helmet and a comfortable compartment with USB socket for recharging your mobile phone.
