The E-Absen Mobile is intended for ASN and PHL in the Luwuk area.
The Backend itself is managed by the DKISP Absen Admin Luwuk Banggai.
Please always use the latest and official version of the application from the playstore.
If there is an update even though it doesn't appear in the application, please update directly from the Playstore.
Users are requested to wait for the advertisement to finish after pressing the "ABSEN NOW" button and do not close it.
If you close the application before the message "SUCCESSFULLY PERFORMING ABSENT" appears, it is possible that your absence or attendance data did not enter our server.
We do this because to reduce the load on the server by queuing the processes sent to the server so as to minimize application crashes.

Q: Can 1 user be used by more than 1 device?
A: You can't.
Q : What if I want to change the device?
A : Please contact the attendance admin at the agency where you are to convey it to the DKISP attendance admin, or you can come directly to DKISP.
Q : Why can't I do an absence?
A : Maybe you are out of reach/radius of the office.
If you are already in the office area but still can't, you can try turning off and restarting your smartphone's GPS, closing all open applications, then try to do attendance as usual.
Q : Why does the warning "We have detected that your smartphone is not secure" appear?
A : It is possible that this warning appears because you installed an application related to GPS counterfeiting.
In various cases, we also found that users who installed Parallel Space could not use this application.
Q : Why does the warning "Unsupported device or similar" appear?
A : This application does not yet support several devices, such as Tablet Phones and the like.
Please do not use the application to falsify the location because we can activate the auto block feature on your user and cause you to be unable to make attendance either through the application or directly from the machine.
