Foreseeing this and reducing paper and plastic consumption, decreasing the workload of the organizing committee and securing the datas and all the necessary information regarding the events the Section initiated the project named MIMo - a one-stop solution for the smooth organization of offline events.
Developed by a team of enthusiastic volunteers, MIMo helps manage various aspects of event management.
The possibilities are endless as MIMo is an application whose sole owner and contributors are the members of IEEE.
With new features and functionalities being added every month, it has the potential to become a globally-utilized IEEE event management and networking platform.
MIMo (My IEEE Moments) has its key strength with technical architecture that helps the organizers to achieve the management readily.
The team has developed MIMo by foreseeing all the difficulties that organizers face while executing the different scale of events and the challenges in the budget allocation.
Using MIMo, participants can get easy access to the event schedules, brochures, speaker profiles, event updates and much more in a single application.
And organizers can send out notifications and event photographs rela time through the admin application.
For an event with more than a day, stay allocation is a burden but MIMo with its technical ingenuity makes these easy.
