Khadamaty TAAZOUR

The General Delegation for National Solidarity and the Fight against Exclusion "TAAZOUR" has the following main missions: to assist the President of the Republic in defining policies for social protection, solidarity and national cohesion and fight against exclusion and poverty for the benefit of poor and vulnerable populations; coordinate the implementation of the national social protection strategy for the target populations; ensure the integration of target populations in the development process and promote approaches based on solidarity; to identify, design, implement and monitor, within the framework of public strategies and policies and in consultation with other actors, programs aimed at strengthening social solidarity and inclusion; ensure universal access to basic services for target populations; promote the access of target populations to land ownership; and to participate in the identification and mobilization of the resources necessary to finance its programs.
