Connective tissues stretch more easily during pregnancy and these types of movements put you at risk of joint injury.
Exercise can ease and prevent the aches and pains of pregnancy, constipation, varicose veins, backaches, and exhaustion.
Active women seem to be better prepared for labour and delivery and recover more quickly.
Sleep of 8 to 10 hours is required and maintain proper posture.
Maintain good oral hygiene.
Pregnant women should be in a pleasant environment and supportive family to maintain good mental health
