OUR PEDAGOGY
The Hello Elton pedagogy is based on different theoretical approaches such as Stanislas Dehaene's 4 pillars of learning or the 70-20-10 model published by Morgan McCall, Robert W.
Eichinger and Michael Lombardo.
Competence is defined as a person's ability to act (know how to act) and to accomplish complex tasks (problem solving, decision-making, project implementation, etc.) while mobilizing the necessary resources (disciplinary know-how and technical) in various contexts (environmental control).
The capacity to act is defined as the capacity of an individual to intervene on himself, others and on the world; it is the fact of being able to initiate actions according to a pursued objective, to set oneself in motion to interact effectively with others and one's environment.
THE APP
The Impuls'Avenir by Hello Elton and Humans Matter application is a 20-week journey to progress.
After a few preliminary questions, each user is offered challenges to complete, cognitive games and resources to better understand what they are going through.
After each challenge, the user answers a series of questions intended to make him gain perspective on his actions, this is the reflective phase.
He is thus challenged in his progress.
