When a vendor makes a new offer, the customer will receives a notification that an offer has been made for the requested part, and through the Requests and Offers page, the customer can review all the available offers.
In addition, the customer can communicate directly with the vendor to inquire about any detail of the piece directly through a chat system designed specifically to protect the rights of both parties
Finally, after the customer chooses the appropriate offer, the shipping agent will send him a detailed Video of the part to confirm the shipment.
