Each exercise is presented in the form of an exercise card with description and drawing, age and material information.
In addition, a possibly existing Video of the exercise can be viewed, as well as comments and notes on the training session.The app is multilingual and can be changed at any time in English, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese and Russian.Have your training sessions and exercises always in your pocket.
