Health App is an application designed for you to keep track of these five things:
1) How much water do you consume in a day,
2) What is your Body Mass Index,
3) How much is your Heart Rate,
4) Change your Height and Weight for Kilograms to pounds and,
5) How much calories have you got from tea and coffee.
To go from one screen to another, click the Menu button on the screen.
You'll see all the screens in the app.
Click on any of them to go to the respective screen.
