The Municipal Radio Santiago de Andamarca, is an institution dedicated to providing relevant information to the population of South Caraguea as Voz Surcaranguea, this means of communication projects its future by facing the demands of the changing world.
As a fundamental mission of this means of communication, it characterizes being a Community, Democratic, Participatory and Pluralist Radio, made up of a team of volunteers, which seeks the common well-being through the information, entertainment and education service that is provided in our radio programming, promoting teamwork in the different social and organizational instances; committing more and more to the integral human development in the province of Sur Caranguea.
Like Vision, the Santiago de Andamarca Municipal Radio intends to become a Community Radio made up of an Integral Human team, highly trained in the area of popular communication that Informs, Educates and Entertains the community, capable of generating participation in the Community and accompanying community processes, using advanced technology that responds to the needs and
demands of the South Caranguea population in the face of a demanding globalized reality.
Its birth has community particularities since it arises through the impulse of Original authorities 2020 and brothers of the Marka Andamarca, standing out: Sixto Icua, Ruben Orellana, Roger Tito, Hector Quispe, Efrain Bustos, Parroco Ruben Tastaca Chacon., Carolina Quispe, Omar Tito Ros and Limber Flores who promote, until the goal is achieved, the creation of a local radio communication medium; efforts that have good results when approved by the Highest Executive Authority of the Municipality, Body of Original Authorities of the Marka Andamarca, School Boards, Living Institutions of the District, who have
an economic amount to face the consolidation of the Creation of a Radio.
After the continuity of the efforts, on September 23, the desired project was created and inaugurated, issuing its respective signal on the Modulated Frequency 93.3 LA RADIO MUNICIPAL SANTIAGO DE ANDAMARCA.
Act that is enhanced with the presence of Authorities from the education sector, health, GAMSA, COUNCILORS, and the population.
LA Radio Municipal Santiago de Andamarca, "La voz Sur Caranguea" with more than two years of broadcasting, has been providing its communication services through local programming with the voluntary participation of brothers and sisters committed to the development of the Andamarca Marka.
It has its studies in the Plaza 25 de Julio of the District of Santiago de Andamarca Capital of the Province Sur Carangas
