The Fastserve Riders App is designed for riders to accept deliveries being sent to them and track their previous rides .The Fastserve Riders App works with internet connectivity but however when a delivery is assigned to a rider, he gets a text message which prompts him to log into the Riders app to accept a delivery.
How it works?
Create your rider profile - Login using the details created for the rider by the company.
Other Features
SMS ALERT: Here the riders get a notification via sms to log into their riders application to see pickup and delivery details.
Orders: Click on orders which is by the top left of the sidebar to view all new orders pending to be accepted by the rider.
However, the orders falls under 3 categories which includes the following:
Pending: All new orders waiting to be accepted by the rider.
Ongoing: Every order marked to be delivered or is on-going at the moment falls under this category.
Past: All orders that has been delivered to the recipients will appear under this category
Pickup/Delivery details: Here the details of delivery is clearly stated for riders to follow lead and the riders can mark his delivery to different status which includes: ACCEPTED, GOING TO PICK UP, PICKED UP, GOING TO DELIVER, DELIVERED.
History: View all the rides you have tracked in History
Riders status: The rider has the option of making himself available or unavailable for deliveries.

MyAndroid is not a downloader online for Fastserve Rider. It only allows to test online Fastserve Rider with apkid com.fastserve.rider. MyAndroid provides the official Google Play Store to run Fastserve Rider online.
