Shipping, Delivery and Tax
2a) Dieselmega.com reserves the right to use numerous delivery companies to send items to the relevant party.
2b) Following the dispatch of an item, the responsibility for the wellbeing of said item is with the courier; this includes international and domestic destinations.
2c) All prices shown on the site are in euro currency.
2d) Dieselmega.com is not responsible for any damage to an item caused during its transit.
2e) Dieselmega.com could not to provide tracking details for any item purchased.
2f) Dieselmega.com does not accept responsibility for any unforeseen delays in delivery of an item to the Buyer, including but not limited to:
2f.1) The courier experiencing difficulties finding the delivery address.
2f.2) Any errors incurred by the Courier during the process of the delivery.
2f.3) The Buyer providing an incomplete and/or incorrect delivery address.
2g) It is the responsibility of the Buyer to acknowledge and understand the tracking of an item during transit.
2h) It is the Buyers responsibility to inform Gross Diesel of an order not being received within the previously stated timeframe.
2i) We deliver within 2-7 business days.
However the delivery time may vary depending on cargo company and destination.
Warning: Customs processes, natural disasters, strike, missed transfer are the exceptions of stated delivery time.
The package may be subject to customs in the destination country.
In this case, customs officers will contact you to inform what to do to receive your package.
Customs fees may vary depending on your order and Country.
If the package subject to customs clearance at destination country the responsibility belongs to the customer.
Payment, Pricing and Promotions
3a) In the unlikely event of a web shop error in relation to incorrect pricing, Dieselmega.com is under no obligation to provide an alternate item at a greater cost to the Seller; instead a full refund will be issued to the Buyer.
3b) Dieselmega.com reserves the right to decline any order made by the Buyer prior to the item being dispatched.
3c) Orders will not be processed by the Seller until the Buyer has paid for the purchased item in full.
3d) The Buyer agrees to payment of any relevant VAT costs at time of purchase, and Dieselmega.com will not be held responsible for any changes in VAT made during the transaction.
3e) In the case of a payment being withdrawn by the Buyer follow Dieselmega.comGross Diesel will seek to recover the items or the equivalent monetary value of the items plus any incurred expenses.
3f) Any advertised offers or promotions by Dieselmega.com is not in conjunction with any other discount or offer, unless stated otherwise.
3g) All promotion end dates are final and must be acknowledged as such by the Buyer.
3h) By using a credit/debit card to make payment for an order, the Buyer confirms that they are the authorised owner and user of the card.
