Check log, it will show IP connection info: port server as proxy, if not, show default proxy for Hotspot
The client connects to the hotstpot and sets the proxy client as the CO Servers registration information (you can see the picture on the top about how to set the proxy from Android, if you use desktop, use the proxy and then set the type proxy as HTTPS in the proxy)
