This mobile application enables our valued clients and partners to have easy and functional access to relevant information on their transactions in e-Koneks systems through an intuitive application that is conveniently available on their mobile phone.

1.e-Konek Systems & User Profiling
Users can view the e-Konek systems they use on e-Konek On-the-Go.
Applications that are validated and enrolled through our Online Enrollment System (OES) will be automatically available in the profile of the user.
2.Exchange Rate
The system also comes with the capability to view the latest Philippine peso to US dollar exchange rate issued by the Bureau of Customs (BOC) as well as rates ranging up to four weeks prior to the time of viewing.
This is a helpful tool in referencing the exchange rates if one wants to review and analyze previous transactions with BOC.
3.Dashboard
This is an interactive analytic tool that provides the capability to track and monitor transactions with e-Konek.
The dashboard displays trends as well as variations in the number of submissions and transacted VASP fees, month over month, grouped per system within the vertical bars.
It also provides the user the capability to drill-down and view details to the actual transaction level.
4.Push Notifications
Alerts users on e-Koneks advisories, new product releases, latest status of their transactions, tagging updates and much moreall consolidated within the page for easy viewing.
5.Fund Trackers
Whether users want to track their funds in our e-Konek VASP Pre-payment System or with different government agencies, e-Konek On-the-Go makes it possible to view these conveniently through our Fund Trackers.
This tracker provides:
A list of all available pre-payment accounts with their current balance for the agencies and e-Konek VASP PPA.
A quick view of fund usage of the account for the last 30 days, with the functionality to further display additional transactions.
A visual representation of the usage of the VASP PPA Account per VASP system utilized by the client for the various VASP Pre-payment accounts they use.
This gives users the capability to quickly determine if they need to top up their pre-payment account and avoid disruptions and delays in the submission and processing of their e-documents.
6.Status Tracker
Provides an up-to-date summary of the number of transactions per status.
This will provide users with a means to quickly view the shipment status without having the need to go through our Customer Service.
With each transaction, one can do a drill-down to view the status history culled from the tagging procedure performed by authorities as the declarations are processed in the various operations systems.
7.Status Tagging
Status Tagging feature for government agencies to mark and update the appropriate status for a specific VASP transaction, expanding the capability of authorities to perform their duties beyond the confines of their offices.
Once the status is saved in the database, the same can be viewed readily by the transacting public on real time basis.
