How does it work? Your guest approaches the entrance, scans a QR code or NFC tag, selects an apartment, and makes a call from his smartphone.
The call goes to all users registered in the apartment.
You receive a call like a normal call, our application opens, and you see a Video broadcast from the guest's camera;

Get digital keys for your address, manage access to the entrance directly from the mobile application.
How does it work? Go to the entrance door, scan the QR code or NFC tag.
If you have a key to the address, the door will open.
You can simply open our application, anywhere in the world, choose the key to the desired address and open the door to your guests;
* Receive and send invitation keys
Receive invitation keys from other users and companies.
Send invitation keys to your guests by setting up the dates, days, and times they visit your address.
How does it work? Your guest must be registered in our app.
Find him by phone number or nickname.
Specify the dates and time of the visit or issue a permanent key for the required period.
The guest will be able to approach the entrance, scan a QR code or NFC tag and, if access is allowed, the door will open.
You can cancel the issued key at any time;
* Residents' chats
Communicate, make collective decisions in chats with your neighbors and employees of the management company.
How does it work? After receiving the key to the residential address, you automatically get access to the general chat of the entrance or you can start a chat with the tenants of the apartment you need.
Chats are private, only residents of the entrance are allowed there.
You will be able not only to chat in chats but also to call by audio or Video communication with your neighbors;

Get relevant information for your area, house, entrance, as well as personal messages from emergency services, administration, and management companies.
How does it work? Find out about water outages, repairs, events, or emergencies, your management company will be able to send out important information through internal notifications of the application;
