The Circadian Lighthouse is your own personal room lighthouse whose aim is to optimize your circadian rhythm, bringing you benefits such as healthier sleeping habits, lifted overall mood, improved concentration, enhanced memory, learning and work efficiency and, finally, homeostasis and better general health.
RED: The red pulsing light will make you FALL ASLEEP or GO MINDFUL whenever you desire.
Just adjust the progression of the fade-out and the intervals between the red light signals to find the combination you resonate with the most.
