Run this app named NINACAD using MyAndroid.
You can do it using our Android online emulator.
The NINACAD application allows Malian users to identify their plot and record the NINACAD number of their plot.
To do this:
Stand in the middle of your house, plot or fields.
Open the NINACAD application in your phone; The map is displayed showing your plot.
Click on your parcel: the NINACAD number of your parcel is displayed.
Click on the photo button to save the NININACAD of your plot on your phone.
Go to the SPRDF office in base B to make the deposit with the documents and ID.
