In our country the Democratic Republic of Congo and more particularly in the city of Mbujimayi, the number of shops continues to grow exponentially, and the management of all these shops is done manually using a paper register to register all entries and exits of the shop.
We have seen the use of paper registers in the management of transactions in different shops and it takes time for the manager to take inventory and have the reports.
Apart from this problem of recording on paper there is also a big problem to do the inventory, the managers of the shops need to know the evolution of their shops and with the system they use it can take hours to want to calculate inputs and outputs to write a daily, weekly, monthly and annual report.
So much so that this problem is common and as a startup of young engineers, designers and computer developers, we Cikanda Technology, want to design a mobile application that will allow the shop owner to record input-output operations and automatically generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
