It's like a traditional wallet, where you can save your cards on your cell phone and add money to your "CencoPay Balance".
Forget physical cards and cash!
How does the CencoPay Balance work? It's easy, just transfer money from a checking, checking or savings account to your digital wallet to pay for your purchases.
*Consider that you can use the balance in person, and very soon, in our online stores.
Buying is much simpler and more comfortable! Pay for your purchases in Jumbo, Santa Isabel, or SPID from your cell phone with the app's QR code reader.
For each purchase you make, you will be accumulating more Cencosud Points!
How to connect a Jumbo or Santa Isabel account to CencoPay?
To get started, you must have the app installed and be logged in.
You will then be able to connect your accounts in three different ways:
-On computer:
When you log in to Jumbo.cl or SantaIsabel.cl, a QR code will appear on the main screen.
Scan it directly from CencoPay to connect your accounts.
- App or mobile version:
Log in to your Jumbo or Santa Isabel account, once you are inside, a screen will appear with the instructions; select "Go to connect accounts" and your CencoPay will open automatically to accept the connection.
Manual:
- You can find the connection again in the menu of your Jumbo or Santa Isabel account, by pressing: "My Account" > "Connect Accounts".

Where and how can I pay with CencoPay?
Jumbo: Face-to-face and online
Santa Isabel: Face-to-face and online
SPID: Face-to-face and very soon online
Follow these instructions for your purchases:
-If you are in person, after passing all your products, tell the person at the register that you are going to pay with CencoPay.
Scan the QR with your application, select the available CencoPay balance or the card you want to use, and confirm the transaction to complete the payment.
- For online purchases, first connect your accounts from the Jumbo or Santa Isabel applications or websites.
Once the process is complete, you will be able to view "CencoPay" within the platforms, choose the card with which you want to pay and confirm your purchase to finish.
At the moment, you can only pay for your purchases online with the cards that you have added to your CencoPay.
How do I configure my CencoPay?
After downloading CencoPay you must follow the step by step within the app:
- Enter your personal data.
- Validate your identity.
- Create a security PIN
- Activate access with biometrics to log in faster
- Finally, add cards or load balance to pay with your CencoPay in our stores
Are the cards that I enter in other Cencosud applications (such as Jumbo or Santa Isabel) are in CencoPay?
Yes, you can have all your cards in one place.
For that, you must create a CencoPay account with the same email you use in Cencosud applications (such as Jumbo or Santa Isabel).
Once the process is finished, we will indicate that your cards are already in CencoPay, press the "Understood" button and that's it!
Your cybersecurity is the most important thing:
- We encrypt all information from start to finish throughout its life cycle to take care of your account data and give you greater reliability.
- We use an authentication system to protect your account and data at all times.
- We will never ask you for personal information, passwords or cards.
