Features of the application:
Admin(Owner) will be able to track/monitor the activities of the agent(employees) and client/customer.
There are three users of this application:
Admin as a user
Agent as a user
Client/Customer as a user
Functionalities of Admin:
Add properties.
Add agents or can view agents.
Can view all the added properties.
Can keep track of properties viewed by clients i.e the properties in which clients are interested.
Gets daily updates(consisting of company logs), i.e which agent meets which client, which property has been visited, and when was the meet scheduled.
Functionalities of Agent:
The agent is assigned an Id which is a unique Id and this Id is required by the agent while login.
Agents are assigned some properties and they are responsible for the assigned properties.
If the customer is interested in any of these properties then a connection is established between the customer and the agent associated with this property and then the customer can contact the associated agent.
Schedules meetings with the client/customer.
Has a QR associated with his profile and when he meets any client then the client has to scan this QR so that the geolocation of both the agent and client/customer can be traced.
When this QR is scanned then a timer runs and till the agent and customer are visiting the property that time is recorded so that admin can know for how long the meeting took place.
The profile of the agent is present on the application so that the client is able to contact the agent to resolve any doubts or to get information regarding the properties associated with this agent.
Functionalities of client/Customer :
Customers can discover the listed properties.
Can contact the agent to know any information regarding any property.
Can mark liked properties as favorites and add them to his favorite list.
Generates a QR so that the geolocation can be tracked.
Can provide reviews/feedback regarding the properties.
