I got professionally involved at the age of 17 when I earned my first certification and I have never looked back.
I am soon approaching 30 years in this industry that I love so much.
I received a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and have done everything from group fitness, personal training, owning and operating several gyms and as an International presenter certifying thousands of trainers from all over the world.
My daughter Addi Grace came along in 2004 and from the age of six weeks old has spent almost every day by my side in a gym.
She enjoyed watching everything from a playpen until she was finally mobile and could start exercising by my side.
Between the age of 6 and 12 she earned 21 National titles in competitive cheerleading and tumbling.
She knew from her background in fitness that strength and flexibility would enable her to out perform other competitors and she put in the work every single day,,,,,, burpees, lifting weights, stretching, plyometrics.
Working out properly saved her from many injuries and allowed her to perform at her best.
Together we have many years of knowledge and experience.
Flaming Grace Fitness is our way of working together in an industry that we have so much respect for.
