Asama helps control and keep track of workers' working hours with fitness trackers, bluetooth points and artificial intelligence.
How does Asama work?
Bluetooth points are attached in places where workers work.
They emit a unique signal within the radius of the work area.
Trackers during non-working hours are at the enterprise, on charge.
The employee comes to work, receives his tracker by number, puts it on - the recording of work begins.
The signals from the bluetooth points record the movement, and the data from the built-in motion sensors - physical activity.
At the end of the working day, the worker returns the tracker for charging, where the data recorded during the day is transmitted via Wi-Fi to the system for processing by artificial intelligence.
Artificial intelligence determines the time intervals when a worker actually worked and when he did not.
To do this, during the installation of the system he is taught to recognize the pattern of work of each worker.
It makes no sense to remove or pass the tracker to someone because the work will not be credited, each person has their own unique pattern of mobility.
At the end of the working day, the head of the enterprise receives a report where he sees a real picture of the working day of each worker.
Total 3 metrics for performance analysis:
- the number of violations of the work schedule,
- the percentage of time the worker was in the work area,
- the percentage of time when directly performing the work.
