Prayer for urgent causes 4

Saint Expeditus, who, by the disposition of Divine Mercy, was chosen to obtain prompt and effective help for us in extreme need, deign to look upon those who come to implore Your help with full confidence in Your goodness.
Intercede, great Saint, for us, protect us next to the Throne of the Most High and of the Most Holy Mary, obtaining the necessary help to achieve my eternal salvation and special grace (ask for the desired grace), if God wants to grant it to me.
I recognize that I am unworthy of Your favors for the offenses I have committed to the Divine Majesty, but now I weep and detest them with all my heart, and I await forgiveness from Your infinite mercy, through the intercession of Mary and with Your patronage.
As proof of my gratitude, for the grace I implore, I promise you, (make the promise).
