Run this app named ActionTRAK KEEP using MyAndroid.
You can do it using our Android online emulator.
Service technicians, contractors, route salesmen, and even households find ActionTRAK KEEP useful for tracking inventory stock items in a very basic and simple to use app.
Entries for each item to keep track of are entered into a "Stock List" along with Minimum and Maximum quantities to manage reordering and replenishment of all items listed.
A simple barcode scan or touch of an item and entry of a quantity to put "IN" or take "OUT" easily updates the On-Hand quantity.
Order quantities are automatically calculated based on min/max values and saved into the Order.
Adjustments are easily made by swiping right and editing the quantity.
The order can be previewed by checking the "Show Order" checkbox at the top of the Stock page.
Then, easily send the order by selecting the "Send" icon.
Select the method of sharing and destination, and that's it!
After an order is sent, it is saved under the "Orders" page which is accessed from the Home page or by tapping the Receive icon on the Stock page.
To receive items from an order, touch the "Receive" checkbox for each item displayed, or optionally, select the "Receive All" checkbox to receive the full order as-ordered.
Sliding right allows a different quantity to be received.
That's it! Select the Stock List and find the received items to verify the updated On-Hand values.
