Currently an ECB Level 2 Coach, he is hands-on in terms of skill development, training interventions and performance analysis.

Adnan was nominated for the Best Coach Award by the Walthamstow Council in 2018/19 and is known as one of the best coaches for young players in London in both tape and hard ball cricket.
