How it works:

It can be used without logging in or registering.
2.
Allow the app to access the camera and Bluetooth.
3.
Your counterpart presents the digital driver's license using the "eID" app.
Simply scan the QR code that your counterpart creates for the driver's license check with the "eID Check" app.
The current driver's license data will then be displayed directly on your smartphone.
The digital driver's license is forgery-proof thanks to the link to ID Austria.
No registration in the app is required.
The Android operating system requires location approval in order for Bluetooth to work.
Your location data will not be saved or processed by the "eAusweis Check" app.
The app is constantly being developed and new documents will be added in the future.
