- You will receive special training, annual training and continuous supervision
- The advisors come from the large care organizations (Workers Samaritan Association, Caritas, Diakonie, relief organization, Red Cross, Volkshilfe)
How does the Everything Clara App work:
After completing registration, those seeking advice can directly request their first consultation.
Within business hours, you will be connected to a suitable consultant within a few minutes.
Outside business hours or on weekends it can take up to 48 hours.
Counseling via chat and telephone is possible in data-secure counseling rooms.
