How it works:
When starting your task, put your device face down.
This ensures you will remain focused on your task.
If you decide to pick up your phone, the app will provide you with a personalized message to encourage you to put your phone back down and get back to your task.
Once your task is done, the phone will flash repeatedly and vibrate to alert you that the task is done.
When you pick it up after that, it will show a screen raining with confetti if you have managed to resist the temptation of using your phone for the entire duration.
There is a frequently used section, which makes it convenient for you to choose your most-used tasks!
