Six Priority Tasks (The Ivy Lee Method)

1.
Write down the 6 most important things you will do tomorrow.

2.
Use numbers to indicate the order of importance of everything

3.
The first thing tomorrow morning is to do the first item until the completion or meet the requirements

4.
And then start to complete the second, third.

5.
Do this every day, develop a habit

Two important principles:

1.
Only one problem is solved at a time.

2.
Solve the most important problems first.

Divide all the things we need to do into four categories, then proceed in order

1.
Urgent and important

2.
Not urgent but important

3.
Urgent but not important

4.
Not urgent and not important,
