Bio - Breathe In & Out, Meditation/Visualization

Bio is a meditation and breathing tool that helps brighten up your mood and de-stress.
This is done by visualizing happy faces (or pluses) coming in as you breathe in, and sad faces (or minuses) leaving as you breathe out.

Features:

- Adjust meditation time: 5 min or 10 min.

- On-screen feedback for breathing duration, pauses, and time left.

- Adjust seconds for breathe in/out time and pausing.

- Pausing between breaths can also be disabled by setting the pause duration to 0 seconds.

- Adjust visualization: Happy/Sad or Plus/Minus.

- Turn on/off brown noise.

In addition to configuring up to 5 seconds breathe out time, you can also configure up to 5 seconds pause time after breathing out.
So together that would give you up to 10 seconds time to exhale.,
