If you enjoy your Beginners Workout 7-day trial, do nothing and your chosen membership plan will automatically continue.
You can easily cancel anytime by turning off auto-renewal in your iTunes Account Settings.
There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Apple Subscription Terms:

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
