Through the MyCovenantHealth mobile app, patients have easy, real-time access to Covenant Healths online portal, which shows your latest health care information and provides services needed to plan and understand your care.

Once Covenant Health grants you access to the online portal and creates an account for you, simply sign into the MyCovenantHealth mobile app with your MyCovenantHealth username and password.
If you have access to multiple Covenant Health hospital and medical practice portals, you can view all participating portals through the app.
