- Offer daily audio lessons.
- Facilitate mobile study: walking, driving, working, etc.
MISSION AND OBJECTIVES OF THE SABBATH SCHOOL:
MISSION
The mission of the Sabbath School is to be a local church religious education system that builds faith and practice.
Sabbath School is based on the local church.
Builds faith through study of the scriptures, doctrines, and teachings of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Its practices are based on the application of biblical principles and teachings of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the individual lives of members of the Sabbath School.
OBJECTIVES.
The Sabbath School has four specific objectives:
1.
Bible study:
Sabbath School will help students understand the gospel and make a personal commitment to this cause.
It will also help you grow spiritually through study of the Bible and the Spirit of Prophecy.
To develop a prayer program, and teach them how to interpret and apply the principles of Scripture in their lives.
2.
Fellowship:
Sabbath School will maintain a good fellowship among the members on its weekly program.
It will develop projects to recruit new members and integrate them into the life of the church, and will seek ways to restore inactive members.
3.
Missionary activity to the community:
Sabbath School will help students grasp the vision of the church's mission in the community, training them for service and being inspired to witness.
It will develop programs to involve them in soul-winning activities.
4.
Emphasis on World Mission:
Sabbath School will present a clear vision of the church's global mission.
It will promote a systematic staff, with a selfless commitment to supporting world missions and fostering a desire to help fulfill the evangelical commission.
