With our application, users can chat and talk with the different planet like characters in a fun and entertaining way.
These planets will act like chatbots.
They will answer your questions in a fun way.
You can ask about their mood, name etc.
You can also ask for basic information, such as their size, mass, temperature, orbital period etc.
Voice chat is also possible.
There are twelve characters in total.
These characters are all the planets of our solar system ( Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune ), Sun, Moon, And two other satellites of Jupiter ( Io and Europa ).
You can chat with these characters.
We are using a machine learning approach.
The more users will use our app, the better it will become.
Our app is now available in two languages.
English and Bangla or Bengali.
There are also astronomy flash cards or flashcards.
So, ask astronomy questions about the planets, the Sun, the Moon and the satellites.
Learn astronomy information from them.
Our target audience is the people who are interested in planets, stars, Moon, satellites, exoplanets, rockets, astronomy, space science, cosmology, telescope, our solar system and the universe.
However, school going students are our primary target.
This app will educate them about astronomy.
They will learn a lot about astronomy and our solar system.
We ran research in two schools with students to see our application's impact on them.
We found that almost 33% of the students gained new astronomy knowledge after using our app.
We found that by taking an astronomy quiz among students.
This study was presented at the 31st International Astronomical Union General Assembly conference.
So, study astronomy from your astronomy textbooks or other astronomy books.
Use our Talking Planets application as an additional resource to gain more astronomy knowledge.
