Download this app named TagLauncher.

TagLauncher lets you execute actions on scanning a NFC tag.
Create actionbundles to automate common tasks and write them to an NFC tag.
TagLauncher will save the actions on the tag so you can use the tag with any NFC-capable phone which has also installed TagLauncher.

Supported actions:
• enable/disable/toggle Bluetooth
• start/pause your music player
• set media volume
• set ringer volume/vibrate
• enable/disable/toggle Wi-Fi

Used permissions:
• access Bluetooth settings & pair with Bluetooth devices
used for enabling and disabling Bluetooth

• view Wi-Fi connections & connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi
used for enabling and disabling Wi-Fi

• control Near Field Communication
used for reading and writing NFC tags
