Keyboardly Service (Accessibility Service) is required for CRM & Quick Reply feature on keyboard.
With the following details:
This service will scan only your screen chat of Whatsapp/Whatsapp Business app when you open it.
And doesn't scan screen outside this two app.
This service specifically scan person's name or number of chat you open it.
And doesn't scan/record any chat data.
After get the name or number, the data will save temporary on the service's local data.
When you open CRM feature on keyboard, the app will use the saved temporary data for check to server based on account you\'ve login (Woowa CRM's account).
Any data from result of the scan will not save to server (your Woowa CRM's account) except you decided to save it by tap the save button on feature.
When you open Quick Reply feature on keyboard, then click a quick reply that contained images, this service will trigger the send button as many images available.
When you turn off this service, you will get:
The CRM feature will not run optimally functionally.
Because the app doesn't get name or number on the chat automatically by accessibility service.
You can still using the CRM feature, but you should search manually name / number that you needed.
The Quick Reply feature will not run optimally functionally.
